Intelligent Coal Ore Dry Separator Helps Shanxi Jincheng Build A Total of 28 Intelligent Coal Mines

In recent years, with the help of intelligent coal ore dry separator, Shanxi Jincheng has deeply implemented the new development concept. Based on its energy resource endowment, focused on the construction of coal green development, utilization coal ore bases, advanced coal mine production capacity, stable coal production and supply, and green intelligent coal mining, Shanxi Jincheng has kept a close eye on the three directions of “intensive efficiency, intelligent green, clean utilization”, and achieved significant results: to steadily increase the clean and efficient utilization rate of coal, accelerate the intelligent and green transformation of coal energy.

(1) In terms of advanced production capacity, Shanxi Jincheng follows the principle of “comprehensive deployment, classified implementation, segmented construction, reserved space”, combines mine production capacity, disaster type, resource endowment, geological conditions and other factors, to promote the intelligent construction of coal mines in a graded and classified manner, focus on improving coal production efficiency and intelligent level.

It is understood that Shanxi Jincheng has built a total of 28 smart coal mines. All coal mines with a production capacity of more than 1.8 million tons, have been completed. All coal mines with a production capacity of more than 1.2 million tons, and those with serious disasters, have started intelligent transformation. 83% of the production coal mines in Jincheng City have implemented intelligent transformation of mining work. Jincheng City’s intelligent construction of coal mine, is at the forefront of the entire province of Shanxi.

At the same time, Shanxi Jincheng uses data services to support real-time management and efficient linkage of coal production. Among all production mines, 80% have achieved “one network integration”, and 40% have built a safety management and control platform, basically realizing unified aggregation, centralized storage, and integrated analysis of data.

(2) In terms of green mining, Shanxi Jincheng adheres to the principle of “trial first, demonstration guidance, orderly promotion”, continues to explore technical paths for green coal mining, actively promotes green mining technologies such as backfill mining, coal gas co-mining, no coal pillar mining, small coal pillar mining, etc., builds multiple types of demonstration coal mines, and orderly expands the scope of green mining pilot projects, to continuously improve the level of safe and green coal mining.

Shanxi Jincheng has promoted a series of pilot projects about ①coal gas co-mining in 8 coal mines including Chengzhuang and Yuxi, ②backfill mining in 3 coal mines including Tangan, Mishan and Sucun, ③intelligent dry sorting of underground coal gangue and full return of unusable coal gangue in 6 coal mines including Yuxi, Libi and Dongda. At present, Shanxi Jincheng has built 10 national green coal mines and 17 provincial green coal mines, the number of coal mines implementing green mining, accounts for more than 30%.

(3) In terms of sustainable development, with the help of intelligent coal ore dry separator, Shanxi Jincheng insists on high-end, multi-purpose and low-carbon development, conducts surveys on abandoned coal mine resources, proposes ways and directions for the utilization of abandoned coal mine resources, promotes the scientific and rational development and utilization of abandoned coal mine resources. At the same time, Shanxi Jincheng actively explores the utilization of anthracite by quality and grade, promotes the development of coal from fuel to raw materials, new materials and high-end high carbon fixation rate products. The proportion of coal in the chemical and metallurgical fields has increased to more than 50%.

Shanxi Jincheng is actively building a modern coal chemical industry cluster, promoting the elimination and updating of intermittent gasification furnaces, and steadily advancing the construction of major coal chemical projects, such as the chemical gasification upgrade of Tianze Coal Mine and Lanhua Bagong Chemical Industry Park.
